AI建築士 SNS Automation is a backend automation tool used exclusively by AI Architect (operated by a licensed first-class architect in Japan) to publish content to our own official social media accounts. We do not collect or process personal data from third-party users.

2. Scope of This Policy

This Privacy Policy applies to the AI建築士 SNS Automation application (Meta App ID: 4575285066029534) and the website at https://ai-architect.jp.

This application is an internal automation tool that publishes pre-approved content from our official accounts. It is not a consumer-facing product and does not collect, store, or process personal data of any third party.

3. What Data We Collect

3-1. Data We Do NOT Collect

We do not collect any of the following from users or visitors:

Names, email addresses, phone numbers, or contact information of third parties
Social media profiles or account information of third parties
Demographic data, behavioral data, or any personal identifiers of third parties
Payment information

3-2. Data We Store (Internal Use Only)

The application stores the following data on our local, private server — accessible only to the operator:

OAuth Access Tokens — issued by Meta / Instagram / TikTok for our official account (@ai.architect.jp), stored in encrypted local storage. Used solely to authenticate API calls to our own accounts.
Content Queue — pre-approved post drafts (text, images, videos) created by the operator, stored locally before scheduled publication.
Execution Logs — timestamps, target platform, and success/failure status of each automated post. Used for internal monitoring only.

None of the above is shared with third parties.

3-3. Website Analytics

Our website (ai-architect.jp) may use standard server logs (IP address, browser type, referrer URL) for security and performance monitoring. These are not linked to personally identifiable information and are deleted after 90 days.

5. Meta Platform Data Usage

In connection with our use of the Meta Platform (Instagram, Facebook, Threads), we access only our own account data. Specifically:

We use instagram_content_publish to publish posts to our own Instagram account (@ai.architect.jp).
We use pages_manage_posts to publish posts to our own Facebook Page.
We use threads_content_publish to publish posts to our own Threads account.
We do not read, store, or process the data of any Instagram, Facebook, or Threads user other than ourselves.
We comply with Meta's Platform Terms and Developer Policies.

6. Data Sharing and Third Parties

We do not sell, trade, rent, or share any data with third parties, except in the following cases:

Legal Obligation: If required by Japanese law or a court order.
Platform APIs: API calls to Meta, TikTok, and other platforms are necessary for the core function of the app. These platforms process data according to their own privacy policies.

7. Data Security

We implement appropriate technical measures to protect stored data:

OAuth tokens are stored on a private local server, not exposed to the public internet.
Access to the server and data is restricted to the operator.
Data is deleted when no longer necessary.

8. Data Deletion

To request deletion of any data associated with our app:

Email us at ai.architect.jp@gmail.com with subject "Data Deletion Request".
Revoke our app's access directly via Meta's Business Integrations settings.

We will complete deletion within 30 days of receipt and notify you upon completion.

9. Cookies

Our website (ai-architect.jp) may use cookies for basic functionality and analytics. You can disable cookies in your browser settings. Our SNS Automation app does not use cookies.

10. Children's Privacy

Our service is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

11. International Users

This service is operated from Japan and governed by Japanese law. If you access it from outside Japan, your information may be processed in Japan in accordance with Japanese data protection laws.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced on our website at least 30 days before taking effect. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the policy was last revised.
